2. How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend placing custom orders 3–4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger or specialty orders.
3. Can I order a cake for same-day pickup?
Yes! We offer a selection of same-day cakes and desserts. Check our weekly menu for flavors currently available.
4. Do you offer delivery or shipping?
At this time, we offer local delivery for select orders. Please contact us for details and availability.
5. Can I customize flavors, fillings, or decorations?
Absolutely! We love bringing your vision to life. You can request custom flavors, colors, and designs when placing your order.
6. Are your display cakes edible?
No, all cakes in our display case are faux cakes for design purposes only. The actual flavors are available based on our weekly menu.
7. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
To secure your order and the quoted price, payment is due at the time of booking.
Up to 14 days before pick-up or delivery: 50% of the total order cost is non-refundable if the order is canceled.
Less than 14 days notice: No refunds are given.
All sales are considered final once products are delivered or picked up. If a claim is made within 24 hours of receipt regarding unsatisfactory quality, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a replacement or credit, but refunds are not guaranteed.
8. How do I request allergen-friendly or special dietary orders?
Please let us know when placing your order if you need gluten-free, dairy-free, or other allergen-friendly options. We will guide you on the available flavors and options to safely accommodate your request.
9. Do you offer tasting sessions?
Yes! Tasting sessions can be scheduled for larger events or weddings. Please contact us to arrange a date and time.
